Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the Juguettos website and forms part of our Terms of Service.

• use the store for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• place orders with false information, other people's details or stolen payment methods;
• try to access other customers' accounts, orders or data, or bypass security measures;
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site, or introduce malware;
• scrape, copy or harvest content, prices or data by automated means without permission;
• misuse promo codes, for example by creating multiple accounts to reuse single-use offers;
• buy products in bulk for resale where purchase limits apply;
• impersonate Juguettos, our staff or anyone else.

Reviews and messages must be honest, relevant and respectful. Please don't post content that:

• is abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene or inappropriate for a family store;
• is fake, paid for or written about a product you haven't used;
• contains personal information about others, spam or advertising;
• infringes someone else's rights.

All reviews are moderated before they appear, and we may decline or remove any content.

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, cancel orders, suspend or close accounts and, where appropriate, report the matter to the authorities.
