Return Eligibility
Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Any statutory rights you have under consumer law always apply.
How to Request a Return
Send us a message through the Contact page with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if you can, a photo.
