Our toys are intended for the ages and uses stated by the manufacturer. Please follow all manufacturer warnings.

We aim to show product information accurately as supplied by manufacturers and suppliers. Colours and details may vary slightly from images.
Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any converted currency shown at checkout is for reference only. The final price, including shipping and any tax, is shown before you place your order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your bag at the prices shown at checkout.
Order Acceptance
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred. If this happens, you won't be charged or will receive a full refund.
Payments
Online payment is not yet enabled. Orders placed now are demonstration orders and no payment is taken.

All products are subject to availability. Stock is confirmed when your order is placed.

Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions, such as expiry dates, minimum order amounts and usage limits, and are checked when you place an order.

User Content and Reviews
Reviews must be honest and follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Reviews are moderated and we may decline or remove content.
Prohibited Use

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Juguettos is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
