Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Any delivery estimate is shown with the shipping method at checkout. We don't promise delivery dates until a shipping provider is confirmed.

The exact shipping cost is always shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping is not currently offered.

You can check the status of an order on our Track Order page using your order number and email, or in your account if you ordered while signed in.

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update it only before the order has shipped.
